Fino is a personal finance management tool intended for individual, non-commercial use. You may use the App to track personal expenses, set budgets, and manage your personal financial data on your own device.
Commercial use of the App — including use in any business, professional service, or revenue-generating context — requires prior written authorisation from Bluchip Technologies LLC.
Fino is a personal tracking tool only. All data within the App is entered by you and maintained by you on your own device. Bluchip Technologies LLC does not verify, validate, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any financial data you enter into the App.
The App is not a financial advisory service. It should not be relied upon for making significant financial, investment, legal, or tax decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
The App — including its source code, design, user interface, graphics, icons, and branding — is and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bluchip Technologies LLC, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
"Bluchip Technologies LLC," "Fino," and all related product names and logos are trademarks of Bluchip Technologies LLC. Unauthorised use of any of our marks is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluchip Technologies LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your licence to use the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful.
You may terminate at any time by permanently uninstalling the App from all of your devices. Upon termination, your licence ceases immediately, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bluchip Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and Bluchip Technologies LLC with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
